Cancellation and transferring conditions
Transferring your pre-registration to a future edition of the Rallye
To transfer your pre-registration to a future edition of the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles or any other event organized by Maïenga, you must send a request to Olivia by email at the following address: o.journet@maienga.com with your teammate in copy of this email using cc. Any sums paid for the pre-registration will be transferred to the requested edition/event. You will receive confirmation by email.
Cancellation conditions
To cancel your pre-registration, you must notify Olivia by email at the following address: o.journet@maienga.com with your teammate in copy of this email using cc. A processing fee of €100 will be retained by Maïenga. The balance of the pre-registration fee will be reimbursed. The reimbursement will be addressed to the entity/person having made the payment. In the case of cancellation by only one of the two teammates, a processing fee of 50 euros (fifty euros) will be retained by Maïenga. Reimbursement will be sent to the entity/person who made the payment.
Conditions of use of photos of the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles du Maroc
Your pre-registration for the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles includes access to high-resolution photos of the event. You must hereby accept the following Conditions of Use: The high-resolution photos are protected by copyright, of which Maïenga is the owner. Cession of these rights is limited to the following: You may use these photos only to seek sponsors and in the context of trade shows and events relating directly to the promotion of your team and its participation in the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles du Maroc. Any modification of these images is prohibited. Any use for commercial purposes or for promotion of a trade name or product, or any use related to the purchase of advertising space, is subject to prior consent by Maïenga, owner of the copyright. In the event of any breach of these conditions,our legal departmentwill take the necessary measures.
